Sorry guys if this is somewhere obvious but I haven’t spotted it on the roadmap.
Is 1.2.6 imminent?

@rossagrant Don’t think it is soon. Still have 16 active tickets and already 3 weeks late.

@intimez hmm, bit of a bummer! Must be everyone on holiday at this time of year! Oh well, I wait with baited breath! Are there any new developments in 1.2.6 or just bug fixes?

@rossagrant I really hope it will release soon. Many needed fixes for all. Very disappointed that it was late and hope more can commit to bp to speed things along.

Is 1.2.6 going to have editing buttons in forums or not, do you know?
Is there a plugin available to download for 3.0.1 + 1.2.5.2 ?
I got a “BuddyPress Forums Extras” installed, but it didn’t do the job.

@intimez As Paul Hastings says you can view the outstanding tickets for 1.2.6 as you will see there are not that many left and while it is a bit later than promised? there is activity (mainly watching a fascinating very well narrated screencast ) and it shouldn’t be too long now.

6 tickets left and 4 with patch … hope to see release soon

Is that just 4 tickets left until 1.2.6 is ready now then?

A couple of late tickets have been added to address an issue recently found so things may be delayed while they are being discussed and resolved.

Most of the tickets have been fixed and the remaining ones either have patches or loop pretty “puntable”. A couple of the major reasons I’d like to see 1.2.6 released soon is because:

1. It allows to @jeffsayre release his long-awaited privacy plugin
2. It fixes the “sent X hours ago relative to GMT” PM bug.
3. It enhances the CSS styling for the way that activity replies are shown.

Only 4 tickets left and all them have patch. Hope release will be over weekend.

That would be freaking awesome!
